About

A local entity, backed by an operating record

Random Systems South Africa is the local South African operating entity of the Random Systems group. It holds contracts locally, employs a South African team, and hosts systems inside the Republic.

Structure

Two entities, clearly separated

Random Systems South Africa is supported by Random Systems Georgia — the affiliate that has operated the State of Georgia's national Game Analytics and Monitoring System (GAMS) as the government-appointed "Selected Person" for more than five years.

That affiliate provides design authority and methodology transfer, not day-to-day delivery. The distinction matters: a South African regulator contracts with a South African company, whose staff, systems and data sit inside the Republic, while drawing on a methodology that has been operated at national scale for years.

Localisation

A South African team, employed and based in the Republic.

Localisation

Capability that stays in the country

Sovereignty is not achieved by where a server sits alone. It is achieved when the people who can operate, extend and audit the system are here.

Local employment

The delivery, analyst and support functions are staffed locally. The people a regulator deals with day to day are employed in South Africa and accountable under South African law.

Local subcontracting

Hosting, connectivity and security testing are procured from South African suppliers, keeping the operational supply chain inside the jurisdiction that regulates it.

Graduate and internship intake

The analyst function takes graduates and interns as a standing intake, because the specialist skill this work needs is scarce and has to be built rather than recruited.

A growing local share

We commit that the local share of work grows over a contract term. Reliance on the affiliate should be highest at the start of a programme and materially lower by the end of it.
